Your activity

• Operational management of purchase requests, repair orders, and warranties
• Assist the Purchasing Manager in daily procurement tasks, internal and supplier performance tracking dashboards
• Manage a group of category C suppliers
• Administer purchase requests and order placements
• Manage administrative follow-ups and reminders with suppliers, in collaboration and coordination with buyers and different departments, and ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Process order confirmations
• Continuously update the database in relation to order confirmations and other related tasks
• Enter tenders and associated tasks
• Handle all administrative and commercial tasks related to the purchasing process

Your profile

• Commercial or technical vocational diploma (CFC), complemented by commercial training
• Specialization in purchasing or experience in a Purchasing department, preferably in an industrial environment
• Fluent in French and English, knowledge of German and Italian is a plus
• Good command of IT tools such as MS Office and an ERP system
• Ability to work well in a team and good communication skills
• Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
