Your activity

• Perform centering and alignment work within the required tolerances
• Follow assembly procedures and complete control protocols
• Adhere to the assigned time limits (daily)
• Test functionalities according to the specifications or the machine manual
• Participate in problem-solving and propose solutions
• Inform your supervisor of any anomalies encountered and record them in the machine logbook
• Occasionally install machines at the customer's site
• Prepare the machine for acceptance with the customer according to the specifications of the part to be machined
• Actively participate in the machine acceptance with the customer
• Machine mechanical parts according to the plan
• Participate in the development of prototype parts
• Finalize workshop files
• Train other team members in this area of activity
• Follow the implementation of 5S rules

Your profile

• Federal diploma in polymechanics / precision mechanics
• Proficient in using software such as Excel, Word
• Ability to work independently or within a small team
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience with CNC (Siemens, Beckhoff)
• Good command of French and basic knowledge of German
• Diligent, precise, autonomous, and capable of working in a team
• Familiar with 5S & LEAN tools
• Versatile person seeking continuous improvement and eager to learn
