Your activity

• Preparation and monitoring of budgets, management accounting, and forecasts
• Cash flow management and preparation of cash planning forecasts
• Preparation of monthly reporting for management and the Board of Directors
• Preparation of annual accounts and coordination of the external audit process
• Consolidation of the holding company with all subsidiaries
• Organization and control of different accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and bank accounts
• Monitoring of monthly reporting, cash flow management, and supervision of accounts for foreign subsidiaries
• Monthly closing of accounts in the ABAS ERP system in compliance with current standards
• Liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, consultants, and banks
• Management of the accounting team, the Facility Manager, and the IT Manager
• Participation in the Management Committee and partially in the Board of Directors
• Administrative management of the building and supervision of technical building management

Your profile

• Higher education in finance and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Several years of experience in finance/accounting
• Experience in management control
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, versatility, discretion, and analytical and synthesis skills
• Proactive with strong organizational abilities and a global vision
• Team player with leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in French and English, knowledge of German is a plus
