Your activity

  • Operational management of purchase requisitions and repair orders
  • Operational management of material purchases and ensuring the supply of the portfolio

Your profile

  • Technical and/or commercial CFC with good knowledge of the other branch, ideally complemented by a Federal Buyer’s Certificate
  • Excellent negotiator with at least 5 years' experience in a purchasing department in an industrial environment and purchasing mechanical parts
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (ERP, MS office), Abas a plus
  • Good command of French, German and English, Italian a plus
  • Knowledge of transport regulations and customs systems
  • Respectful of ethical principles (fair and honest)

Quality inspector

To strengthen our Metrology Department, we are looking to recruit a :

Quality inspector

Your activity

  • Carry out metrology activities (incoming inspections and measurements of customer parts for applications and production support for the preparation and validation of our machines)
  • Write reports and carry out analyses for internal and external customers
  • Deal with non-conformities in the incoming inspection area
  • Ensure the maintenance, control (internal/external) and traceability of machines and measuring equipment, under the responsibility of the Metrology Department
  • Maintain and improve KPIs relating to the Metrology Department
  • Support and advise other departments when purchasing measurement equipment
  • Ensure that our measuring equipment is in line with our developments
  • Ensure that metrology and safety procedures are followed and adapted as required
  • Work closely with other departments on ongoing technical problems, projects or prototypes under development
  • Participate in discussions with customers in support of the Sales team
  • Operate and program measurement machines (Werth, Keyence, Jenoptic, Leitz, Microvision)
  • Validate on-board measurement systems on our R&R products
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement and optimisation of control methods

Your profile

  • HES engineer or ES technician training in the field of quality and microtechnology with experience in metrology, or training/experience deemed equivalent
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and interpreting ISO GPS dimensions
  • Knowledge of programming (Quindos or WinWerth software, an asset) and notions of industrial statistics
  • Ability to use and understand technical software packages (ERP, CAD, etc.) and MS-Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Accurate, conscientious, autonomous, comfortable in communication and open to change
  • Methodical, comfortable with documentation and work standardisation (knowledge of Lean Management an asset)
  • Perfect command of French and English (German would be an asset)

Your activity

Reporting to our Electrical Development Department, your role will be to:

  • Take responsibility for the proper execution of the department’s activities and organize the work of your team in order to achieve our objectives in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
  • Design the electrical design files for machines, including control boxes and cabinets
  • Produce electrical diagrams, bills of materials and layout drawings, and ensure that they are kept up to date and compliant throughout projects
  • Provide the necessary support and training to production for new developments
  • Work closely with the Purchasing department, contribute to good relations with our suppliers and maintain a constant technology watch
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical information in our IT system (ERP / PLM)
  • Establish test procedures and CE and UL standards testing
  • Contribute significantly to functional and value analyses as well as FMEA and risk analysis of our products
  • Ensure that our customers’ requirements are met by proposing innovative, industrial solutions that meet specifications while optimizing costs, lead times and manufacturing methods

Your profile

  • HES/EPF engineer in embedded systems, automation or electrical engineering
  • Previous experience as an electrical engineering office manager
  • Know-how of the design, development and industrialization of production resources in the field of machine tools or a comparable field
  • Knowledge and application of standards relating to electrical design, machine safety and risk analysis. Knowledge of CE (IEC 61439 and IEC60204-1) and American (UL/NFPA) standards
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (ideally Eplan P8) and ERP (ideally Abas)
  • Analytical, pragmatic, critical and proactive
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Languages: French and English, German a plus

  • Carrying out centring and alignment work within the required tolerances

Your profile

Your activity

Reporting to our Customer Service Department, you will responsible for:

  • Taking delivery of, installing and setting up our machines, and training customers in the use and maintenance of our
  • Checking that our machines conform to our recommendations
  • Troubleshooting and carrying out maintenance contracts
  • Ensuring the migration of new applications in all technical fields (mechanical, control system, automation, IT, electrical)
  • Carrying out in-house tests for customers and the technical office
  • Producing detailed reports for each intervention
  • Monitoring customer projects from A to Z

Your profile

  • HES engineer in microtechnology/mechanics, CFC in polymechanics or automatician with additional training as a technician
  • At least 3 years’ experience in after-sales service
  • Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens/Beckhoff)
  • Autonomous, proactive, dynamic with good analytical and organizational skills
  • French, German or English mother tongue, any other language an asset
  • Willingness to travel 50-70%

Automaticien·ne (4 ans)




Les automaticien·ne·s travaillent dans des domaines tels que l'ingénierie de contrôle, la distribution d'énergie, la construction de machines électriques, l'automatisation industrielle et la technologie.

En collaboration avec d'autres experts, vous travaillez sur des commandes ou des projets, en développant ou construisant des solutions pour des tâches de contrôle ou d'automatisation. Vous participez à la planification et à la surveillance des processus de fabrication et rédigez des documents techniques.

Lors de la construction de machines, d'appareils, d'installations ou d'autres systèmes d'automatisation, vous vous occupez également de la mise en service et d'effectuer des travaux de maintenance.

Remarque : nous n’engageons des apprenti·e·s qu’à partir de leur 3e année d’apprentissage.

Dessinateur·trice-constructeur·trice industriel·le (4 ans)

En coopération avec les clients, ingénieurs, développeurs et d’autres spécialistes, vous développez, modélisez et modifiez des concepts, des pièces détachées et des unités pour des appareils, machines ou installations ainsi que des outils et équipements servant à la production.

Lors du développement de solutions, vous suivez minutieusement les instructions des cahiers des charges ainsi que les indications sur les fonctions, la fabrication, la qualité et les coûts.

A l’aide de l’ordinateur, vous établissez des nomenclatures, des documentations de fabrication, de montage et de contrôle et élaborez les données de production indispensables.

Remarque : nous engageons des apprenti·e·s qu’à partir de leur 3e année d’apprentissage.

Stage d’immersion




Nous offrons des stages d'immersion durant toute l'année. Le stage permet de mieux comprendre un métier et de découvrir le domaine industriel.

La durée du stage est de 3-4 jours. A la fin de la période, vous aurez un entretien avec le ou la responsable de la formation afin d'évaluer vos compétences personnelles.
