Posalux Jubilees: A celebration of exceptional achievements

At Posalux, we are privileged to have exceptional employees who, year after year, contribute to our success through their commitment, expertise and human values. As the year draws to a close, we celebrate four remarkable career paths, rich in experience and achievement.

Christian: 40 years of innovation and human adventure

Christian joined Posalux 40 years ago, starting out in after-sales service before becoming a key expert in our Software department.

After a first year in cabling and a spell as workshop manager, he spent a decade in after-sales, traveling to over 30 countries and training teams in Spanish.

‍

For the past 30 years, he has been a member of the Software team, working in particular on our FEMTO Laser machines.

His most vivid memories include the simultaneous installation of 6 machines in Taiwan, discovering the kindness of the people in Eastern Europe, and a surprising crossing of the check-point between West and East Germany.

‍

As he approaches retirement, Christian dreams of hiking, painting and opening a Sunday bakery. His creative spirit and artistic talent, particularly in music and cooking, are testimony to his unique personality.

‍

Franz: 35 years of reliability in export management

Franz has been a pillar of Posalux's export business for 35 years.

His career, which began as a commercial clerk, has evolved thanks to his organizational skills and know-how acquired in the field.

He has orchestrated ambitious logistics projects, such as transporting 6 machines in 2 trucks to the Middle East along time ago. As an apprentice trainer, he enjoys passing on his expertise to the younger generation.

Very involved in the cultural life of his region, Franz spends his weekends organizing shows and events. His passion for art and nature enriches every aspect of his career, both at work and in his personal life.

Alfio: 25 years of technical versatility and passion

Alfio joined Posalux from Sicily (Italy) in 1999, and is a true master of electrical systems.

He works on a wide range of technologies such as FEMTO Laser, EDM and mechanical micromachining, adapting with talent to each project.

His expertise and enthusiasm for a variety of tasks make him a valued and respected collaborator.

A motorcycle fan, Alfio divides his time between his Sicilian roots and his key role at Posalux. This November, he will be taking a well-deserved retirement, but his mark will remain with the company for a long time to come.

Willy: 10 years of leadership and innovation

In just 10 years, Willy has established himself as a key player in the development of Posalux's EDM technology.

He has contributed to the design of innovative software and now leads complex projects as Technology and Automation Manager. With 25 years' experience in the automotive industry, he brings a unique vision and tailor-made solutions to our customers' needs.

Willy also plays an essential role in training apprentices, sharing his know-how and cultivating a team dynamic based on trust and collaboration.

Outside work, he devotes his free time to renovation projects and manual activities, embodying innovation in all its forms.
