Logistics specialist 80-100 %

Your activity

• As a member of our Micromechanics Department, you will be responsible for :
• Perform operational logistics activities (receiving, storing, preparing, shipping) in accordance with procedures. This includes packaging of machines and spare parts
• Carry out computer transactions related to logistics activities
• Carry out inventories
• Handle recycling and waste disposal
• Control and maintain the handling equipment and vehicles at disposal
• Collaborate with the QF in the treatment of non-conformity cases
• Satisfy the needs of its internal and external customers and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Make proposals for improvement and participate in their implementation
• Handle requests and returns of material
• Load and unload trucks
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Your profile

• With a CFC in logistics
• Ideally a few years of experience in the same field of activity.
• French or German mother tongue with good knowledge of the other language.
• Driving license (overhead crane a plus)
• Comfortable with IT tools (ERP and MS Office)
• Customer oriented

Your activity

As a member of our Production/ Cabling, you will be responsible for :

• Ensure the assembly of the various components of the machines: electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic wiring
• Test the functionalities, put into service, program and adjust the parameters of use in accordance with the defined specifications
• Actively participate in the finalization and delivery of the machines to the customers
• Develop technical solutions, continuous improvement, technological watch
• Pass on your knowledge to other employees
• Occasionally install machines at our customers’ sites
• Update the technical documentation

Your profile

• CFC in automation and or ES in automation technician
• Ideally a few years of experience in the same field of activity
• Very good knowledge of pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic diagrams
• Knowledge of CNC and 5S tools, knowledge in Lean Management an advantage
• Careful and precise, autonomous, able to work in a group
• French, German or English language an asset

Your activity

• Answering the telephone and passing on calls in German, French, English and Italian
• Pass on all information received to the appropriate persons without delay, either verbally or by e-mail
• Welcome and orient clients and visitors
• Manage the conference rooms (reservation, order, cleanliness)
• Train and evaluate apprentices and trainees at the call center and at the reception desk
• Manage the control of absences (entry of presence and absence hours in Bridge4erp software)
• Process mail and prepare it for distribution
• Perform various administrative tasks for the Human Resources department and others
• Handle hotel and restaurant reservations and meal orders
• Order and manage office equipment

Your profile

• CFC or AFP commercial employee or equivalent training
• Experience as a receptionist desired
• Training and experience as an apprentice trainer desired
• Native French speaker, very good command of German and English (Italian would be an asset)
• Good knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP Abas, etc.)
• Great ability to manage unexpected events
• Organized, rigorous, flexible and have a sense of initiative
• Interpersonal skills, empathy, listening skills and discretion are part of your personality
